Buying a hamburger and fries at the drive is fast, cheap and strangely delicious. But that could make
you depressed. An Australian study of James Cook University evaluated the
link between fast food and depression.
She found that those who often consume
Fast food restaurants have higher levels of some fatty acid linked to depression in their blood. More
research needs to be done, but for the moment, we advise you to
stay away from the drive.
UNTIL THE BONE!
Researchers at the University of Michigan discovered during a
study conducted on mice, that certain nutrients
(especially the
calcium and phosphorus) have a greater impact on
and the bone mass that exercise. So do not make the total impasse
on salt. But also consider eating more food
rich in calcium and phosphorus, such as dairy products,
meat, fish (taste sardines), nuts and beans.
